These Terms & Conditions apply to your WithU membership. By joining WithU, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. About WithU

WithU is a creator membership network connecting creators with brands and opportunities across Fashion, Food, Beauty and Travel.

Membership may include:

- Exclusive brand campaigns

- Gifting and product opportunities

- Paid UGC opportunities

- Affiliate opportunities

- Travel and experience opportunities

- Your own creator profile

- Creator templates and resources

- 0% commission on your earnings

Membership does not guarantee campaign selection, products, income or a specific number of opportunities.

2. Eligibility

There is no minimum follower requirement to join WithU.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and have at least one active social media account relevant to your creator profile.

We reserve the right to accept or decline applications.

3. Membership & Payment

Membership is charged at the price shown when you subscribe and automatically renews monthly unless cancelled.

WithU membership currently has an initial three month minimum commitment.

After the initial three months, you can cancel at any time. Your membership will normally remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

Where applicable, you retain any statutory consumer cancellation rights. Further details are provided in our Refund Policy.

4. Campaigns

Brands make the final decision on which creators they work with. Selection may depend on your content, niche, audience, engagement, location, availability and the Brand's requirements.

Each Campaign may have its own requirements, including content, deadlines, payment, usage rights and disclosure requirements.

By accepting a Campaign, you agree to complete the required work within the agreed timeframe.

5. Payments & Commission

Where a Campaign is paid, the payment terms will be provided before you accept it.

WithU takes 0% commission from your campaign, UGC and affiliate earnings.

Your membership fee is separate from any money you earn through opportunities.

6. Gifting & UGC

Gifting opportunities may provide products, services or experiences in exchange for agreed content.

UGC opportunities involve creating content for a Brand to use in its own marketing and may be paid.

Specific requirements will be provided for each opportunity.

7. Affiliate Opportunities

Affiliate opportunities are provided by third-party Brands or platforms. Their own terms, commission rates and eligibility requirements apply.

WithU does not guarantee acceptance, sales or affiliate earnings.

8. Creator Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information

- Complete accepted Campaigns on time

- Follow Campaign requirements

- Comply with advertising and platform rules

- Communicate professionally with Brands and WithU

- Keep confidential Campaign information private

You are responsible for properly disclosing paid, gifted and affiliate content where required.

9. Creator Profile & Content

You retain ownership of your content unless otherwise agreed for a specific Campaign.

You allow WithU to use your creator name, social handles, profile information and Campaign content for reasonable WithU marketing and promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring content you provide is original or appropriately licensed.

10. Conduct

You must not use WithU to harass, scam, impersonate, spam or otherwise abuse other creators, Brands or WithU.

We may suspend or terminate memberships for serious breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment or repeated failure to complete accepted Campaigns.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

After your initial three month commitment, you can cancel your membership at any time.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

12. Third Parties

WithU may provide access to third-party Brands, affiliate programmes, platforms and services. These may have their own terms and policies.

WithU is not responsible for the performance, availability or policies of third-party services.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, WithU is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of income, followers, engagement or opportunities.

Our total liability relating to your membership is limited to the amount you have paid to WithU during the previous 24 months.

14. Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Relevant creator information may be shared with Brands where necessary to facilitate opportunities.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as WithU develops. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to applicable consumer rights.
