Refund policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and your statutory cancellation rights apply to WithU memberships.
1. Membership Fees
WithU memberships are recurring subscriptions charged at the price displayed when you subscribe.
The membership currently costs £14.99 per month and has an initial minimum commitment of three months, unless a different offer is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Subject to your statutory rights, membership fees are not refundable simply because you decide not to use your membership or do not receive a particular opportunity.
2. What Membership Does and Does Not Guarantee
Your membership provides access to the WithU network and opportunities that may be available to you.
We do not guarantee that you will:
- Be selected for a brand campaign.
- Receive gifted products.
- Receive paid UGC work.
- Receive travel or experience opportunities.
- Be accepted into a particular affiliate programme.
- Earn a particular amount of money.
- Receive a particular number of opportunities.
A lack of opportunities, campaign selection or earnings does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund.
3. Your Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer of WithU membership, you may have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days of entering into it, subject to applicable legal exceptions and conditions.
This statutory cancellation right is separate from WithU's ordinary cancellation process.
If you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right, you should contact us using the details at the end of this Policy and clearly state that you wish to cancel your contract. You may use the following wording if you wish: "I hereby give notice that I wish to cancel my WithU membership contract." You do not have to use these exact words, provided your intention to cancel is clear. Where the law requires us to provide a refund following a valid cancellation, we will provide that refund in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Where you have expressly requested that the WithU service begins during a statutory cancellation period, the law may permit us to deduct an appropriate amount for services supplied before cancellation. Where the service has been fully performed and the applicable legal requirements have been met, a statutory right to cancel may no longer apply.
Nothing in this Policy removes or limits any statutory cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Cancelling After the Initial Three Months
After your initial three-month minimum commitment has been completed, you may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation will normally prevent future subscription payments. Your membership will generally remain available until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
Unless required by law, cancelling part way through a paid billing period does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused time.
5. Cancellation During the Initial Three Months
You may request cancellation during the initial three-month period.
However, subject to any statutory cancellation rights or other legal entitlement you may have, requesting cancellation during the initial minimum commitment does not remove your obligation to pay the membership fees due for that minimum period.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may temporarily suspend your membership while we attempt to collect the outstanding payment.
We may contact you to request updated payment information.
If an outstanding payment remains unpaid, we may cancel or suspend your membership, subject to applicable law.
7. Accepted Campaigns and Opportunities
Cancelling your WithU membership does not automatically cancel a campaign or opportunity that you have already accepted.
Unless WithU or the relevant brand confirms otherwise, you remain responsible for completing any agreed campaign requirements.
Any payment, product, service or other benefit relating to an accepted campaign will be subject to the terms of that particular campaign.
8. Refund Requests
Where you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact:
info @withuagency.co.uk
Please include the email address associated with your WithU membership and, where relevant, the reason for your refund request.
We may request reasonable information to verify your membership and process your request.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects your rights under applicable UK consumer law.
If a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
